This bedwetting alarm attaches to the wrist of the child. A metal loop style moisture sensor attaches to the child's underwear and a thin cord runs underneath the child's shirt and down the sleeve to the alarm box on the child's wrist. An adjustable Velcro band secures the alarm box, which contains the battery and sound unit, to the wrist. The package includes instructions and battery.

This alarm has the unique feature of attaching to the wrist instead of the shirt. The cord is approximately 4 feet long (longer than the length of other alarms) since the cord must be worn under the T-Shirt/pajama top and threaded down the sleeve to the wrist. DO NOT use this alarm without wearing a top.
While this alarm appeals to some children, consider other alarms such as the Malem that are lighter weight (only about 1 ounce versus this alarm at 4.5 ounces), easily attach to the shirt top and have improved sensors (the wire loop on this sensor requires frequent adjustment/bending to insure that it remains attached at night).
